Warranty
Each of my builds comes with a one year warranty. This covers any mechanical defects, but it does not cover accidental damage. Should your unit fail to work as intended within one year from the date of delivery, contact us to arrange a return (you pay for shipping). The item will be inspected, repaired and shipped back to you free of charge. This warranty is void if the unit has been dropped or damaged, opened/tampered with or if any of the case seals have been removed.
Returns
Every item that you will find in our store is a unique hand-built and painted audio accessory. Each unit has been made with the intention to last a lifetime. There is a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on all of the available hand-built units in our store, with a 20% restocking fee. If your item was received damaged, please take pictures of the box and damages, and contact us at the email address below.
Custom orders are not subject to our 30 day return policy. All custom orders require a deposit, and you have 10 business days from the day of submitting your deposit to request a full refund. Refunds will not be honored after the 10 day period as almost all of the ordered supplies for your custom build will need to be altered or modified and therefore become non-returnable to our vendors. Custom orders do get a one year warranty, see warranty details above.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will not be honored on items that have been damaged, opened or if any of the case seals have been tampered with. Items must also be shipped back in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
